Kingdom Hearts is a series of action role-playing games developed and published by Square Enix. It is a collaboration between Square Enix and Disney Interactive Studios, and is under the direction of Tetsuya Nomura, a longtime Square Enix character designer. Kingdom Hearts is a crossover of various Disney settings based in a universe made specifically for the series. Characters from Square Enix's Final Fantasy series and The World Ends with You make appearances and interact with the player and the Disney characters. The series centers on the main character Sora's search for his friends and his encounters with Disney, Final Fantasy and The World Ends With You characters on their worlds.

The series currently consists of seven games across multiple video game consoles, and future titles are planned. Most of the games in the series have been both critically acclaimed and commercially successful, though each title has seen varying levels of success.

I've played Kingdom Hearts I, and Kingdom Hearts II.

I can't really remember most of it though, i was really young when i played it. But back when I was a ps2-tard , KH2 made it into my top 3. Sora X Kairi is just .. fantastic.

I almost forgot. It's called atlantica not Atlantis,my bad. As for my favorite world, it's Olympus haha. I never tire of the tournaments in this world. Plus cmon, Hades, nuff said.

Oh yeah! That's my favorite Disney world too! That's one of the worlds I visited when I'm having level grinding. :D

Yeah it's called Kingdom Hearts 1.5 and I think it's for those unfortunate enough to not have played the the first entry to the series and as for square dropping KH3, I highly doubt it. With the recent slump of the FF series I think KH is their most anticipated project. And seeing that Dream Drop Distance just got released I think they are only holding out on 3 because they still have some unfinished projects or they first wanna tie the loose ends in the KH storyline before proceeding with the next chapter in the series.

FF XIII Versus seems to be their most anticipated project since it took 7 years in making and until now it is not yet finished. Haha! About the losing ends of KH storyline, there are rumors that the next title would be KH BBS vol. 2 (taken place after the events of BBS when Aqua is in Dark Realm) then KH 3 to closed some plot holes in the story.

Hmmmmm I see...maybe after 1.5 Remix they will now focus on KH3...definitely going to buy 1.5 Remix and KH3 when it's out...i think 1.5 remix will have Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts Chain of memories and 358/2, right?

Yeah, I really like KH2. Final Form is so Badass and I often picture myself fighting the Mysterious figure as Sora with access to Drive forms hehe. And I was also hoping that they change the cutscene where Sora finally meets Kairi again in TWTNW into CGI. I really like that scene.

Every cutscene from Days (prerendered scenes or text-only scenes) will be remade for Theatre Mode. It would take you 2-3 hours watching all the scenes of Days. Actually, Days was originally planned to be an HD remade game but it would delay the development of the new title, so it ended up being within the compilation's Theater Mode.I think so..the full game will be KH final mix,chain of Memories and theater mode for 358/2.

Nomura and the team in-charge of KH are planning to have another HD collection including KH 2, Birth by Sleep, and Re:Coded, while Dream Drop Distance will remain in 3DS.

Yeah the Final Form. It's really epic form Hehe! But I like the Anti-Form more. Hehehe! I wished that too that cutscenes on the next HD collection would be converted into CGI.

Anyway, I hope there will be an international release of KH HD ReMIX 1.5 with English subs because all the Final mix versions were in Japanese text. Although we can switch voice acting into Engslish still it's better if the text were also in English. -_-

Yeah haha anti form is also cool but defense suffers and you can't use magic so it's kinda tough battling the stronger nobodies. It's kinda like a throwback to the time when Sora became a heartless in KH1 so it's all good.

Hahaha! You're right! It's like the Heartless Sora. When I'm playing and turning it into Anti Form, I'm imagining Sora becoming berserk and turning into Heartless especially when I'm fighting data versions of Organization XIII in KH 2: Final Mix+ xD

Woah, you played final mix? What's the difference between KH2 and KH2 final mix? I have no resources to play final mix so I'm in the dark about the added contents...

You can have it by searching ISO of KH2 Final Mix and playing it in PCSX2 (PS2 emulator). It is a Japanese exclusive version of KH2 with English audio and Japanese text. It has added new secret movie (a trailer of Birth by Sleep) and additional battles such as the data-versions of Organization XIII and battle with Lingering Sentiment (Terra's Armor) and some additional items.

Crap, I don't think my pc could handle PCSX2. PCSX sure, but when I tried using PCSX2 once, I can't even get past the intro movie. It is so damn slow. Oh well, Final Mix is but a fleeting dream for me..dammit

It is set for release in japan in March 14, 2013 and it usually takes 2-3 months for the english version to come out so maybe sometime around July 2013 or just wait till September 2013 to be safe.

I really hope they stick to the original concept or if they really wanna push the move, make it optional or rather make another spin-off with the move and see if it sells well. I have the feeling that the move will sort of hinder the potential of KH3 as a whole.I mean how are you going to do the flashy moves Sora does with the move? Swing it around crazily like a dingbat? And how will dual wielding work? I think they really should tread carefully with this seeing as this is the first true KH game in HD and this has been a long awaited game. Wouldn't want it to be a giant flop.

Do you know Gameplace store? I think they have the copy of it. You can purchase it there and play it in your PS2. ^^

Oh and by the way I was just looking at the list of keyblades in 358/2 and I gotta say, they have the most badass collection of keyblades i have seen. Now I really wanna play 358/2.So anyway, what's your favorite keyblade on the series minus ultima keyblade,void gear,no name.Mine is the sleeping lion for coolness purposes and the oathkeeper story-wise.
