the hell how mirai got back from life. that's the thing I didn't understand.

@Darkpulse I think if there's gonna be a second season, hopefully they would answer all of these questions.

Now, for my verdict:

Story (7/10): Kind of average. I might not have seen a lot of anime but I could tell you this isn't one of the greatest. The plot is kind of hard to follow.

Characters (8/10): Personally, I don't like the general cast but it doesn't necessarily mean that I hate them. It just feels like they aren't that relatable at all (except Hiroomi, he's such a bro *would suck his dick if he lets me to).

Animation (9/10): Just as expected from KyoAni, known for having such high production values, the animation is really smooth that one time I found myself jizzing over the smoothness and over the top bombardic sakugas flying over my face. Feels good. Shamefully the character designs aren't a plus point. -1 though :(

Sound (7/10): I don't know the soundtrack composer's name but he did a good job nonetheless.

Overall, Kyoukai No Kanata is a 8/10 from me. Hopefully they answer all of the unanswered questions and plotholes on the second season, if there would be one.

EDIT: Agree with Sky, how the hell did Mirai come back to life? Is she supposed to be dead? Did the Production Team & Writers brought her to life only for the sake of having a good ending?

i think the major plot hole in the whole story is Akihito's identity. There's actually no concrete platform where would the plot go. Prang natalo lng nila yung Kyoukai no Kanata then tpos na. Also marami din ang mga questions na mga unanswered like,

This should really have a 2nd season para concrete yung plot. Tsaka personally, nababadtrip ako sa mga ganyan anime na pabitin tz hindi na nasundan ng isa pang season like Legend of the Leendary Heroes. :/

Anyway, na-enjoy ko naman yung anime thanks to the Animation. Tsaka nakarelate din nmn ako dun kay Akihito. Parehas kmi may Glasses Fetish eh. haahahhaha. xD

@Arufeimkirra: Yep, im hoping for the sesaon 2 to tell us about the personality of akihito's father and mother, Mirai Kuriyama's Cursed Clan, Nase Izumi & the Guy from SWW's true identity.But i doubt they'll make One, tingin ko movie nalang gagawin nila.

Daming iniwang mystery and question ng anime na yan eventhough natpos na .. and yeah same with the previous comments here, ngkapgtataka ung pgkabuhay ni mirai, tska aun nga dun naman sa part ni akkey, bumalik lang din ung youmu sa katawan niya so what if kung mgberserk siya ule? parang ang labas back to zero lang din .. parang nsayang lang ung effort ni mirai sa pgtanggal ng youmu kay akkey.

lol, kailangan talaga ng season 2 dahil maraming tanong at plotholes ang iniwan ng season 1. pero baka panuorin ko lang ang season 2 *pag meron* para lang sa sakuga animations.

Exactly! Di ko rin maintindihan yung flow ng story in the end and the battle of Akihito and Mirai was kinda simple. I mean, if it was the last battle and the end of the series, the battle or story should toppled the other episodes. It was like it was just presented as fighting numerous youmo and some fatal blow to the Beyond the Boundary. Bitin :x

Wala naman akong violent reaction, i love all the episode... and gusto ko talaga yung mga weapons na lumalabas sa dugo ni Mirai... at lalo kong nagustuhan dahil i thought it is a romatic anime but nung inumpisahan ko andun pala yung mga gusto ko sa isang anime...
