What age did you first discover anime?

At what age did you first watch anime? how did you discover it?
why did you get hooked to it?

we all have different answers and different point of views on why we watch anime.

so i'll start.

I first watched anime when i was 6-7 years old. And that was in 1998.
Kalakasan ng GMA-7 Palabas nila eh Gundam Wing. Since then na hooked na ako.
at lagi kong sinusubaybayan. Mojacko, Slamdunk, Saber marrionete,Rayearth,
noon.

7-9, nadiscover ko na Anime, love ko na siya but
10-13, dun na ako talagang naadik.

when I was 4-6 years old... napanuod ko yung dragon ball, ghost fighter (yu yu hakusho), flame of recca, and slam dunk sa channel 7 kaya lang wala pa kong isip nun di ko pa alam na mga anime pala yun... 9 to 11 years old madaming pinapalabas sa Tv 5 and then napanood ko yung code geass at dahil dun naging anime addict nako until now. :)

First anime I ever watched is when I was 6.

The anime is named 'eX D' which is about stopping hacked automatic cars ^^

4 yearsold pa..voltes V..daimos..cedie..sarah..dragonball..sailormoon..akasukin cha cha..wedding peach..naku ang dami di ko na maalala ung iba..

I'm used to watch sinchan or doraemon that time but I remembered that I watch Dragon Ball when I was a kid(around 6?) :P

I still remember the time I watched anime when I was 4 years old and it is Time Quest in IBC 13. I still remember the lines "Lilipad, lilipad takore!" hahahaha!

4 years old and my first anime is Ranma 1/2..still not yet broadcasted on local tv

ako.. i think mga 4 o 5yrs old ako na una kong nadiscover ang anime.. ang una kong anime na napanood ko is VOLTES V & DAIMOS.. channel 13 pa un.. tapos ung GETTER ROBO, sa channel 4 pa un.. tapos MAGIC KNIGHT RAYEARTH, BT'X sa channel 2.. tapos DRAGON BALL, sa channel 9 pa un.. i tought may naunang channel na nagpalabas ng DRAGON BALL before channel 9.. tapos karamihan na anime sa GMA7, MOJACKO, GUNDAM WING, DORAEMON, FLAME OF RECCA, etc. ung GHOST FIGHTER, sa channel 13 pa pinalabas un bago sa channel 7.. mga anime na pinalabas sa channel 5 like ETO RANGERS, mga 12 hayop sa chinese new year ung mga bida..

Nung 9 years old ako :D

When I am still in Grade 6 I think. My sister is always watching anime so I joined her XD

I really don't know what age exactly but I know that I met Anime since Sailormoon, Voltes V and Lupin III were cool! XD

maybe in 4 or 5 that time,,may parents introduced mojacko, voltes 5 nyeheheheh~
