What age did you first discover anime?

At what age did you first watch anime? how did you discover it?
why did you get hooked to it?

we all have different answers and different point of views on why we watch anime.

so i'll start.

I first watched anime when i was 6-7 years old. And that was in 1998.
Kalakasan ng GMA-7 Palabas nila eh Gundam Wing. Since then na hooked na ako.
at lagi kong sinusubaybayan. Mojacko, Slamdunk, Saber marrionete,Rayearth,
noon.

I think when i was 4...or 5? i forgot but its somehwere between the two :3

If I can remember correctly the first I watch is DBZ.

about 3years old. aside watching bananas and pajamas, i remember watching zenki, dragon ball and sailor moon. i dont know what age am i, but i remebered watching monster rancher(?), pokemon, trigun, ghost fighter, flame of recca, samurai x, yung anime na may chacha sa name, gundam, and evangelion and rayearth........basta marami. astig pa local tv dati eh, puro anime.xD

4 or 5 years old. I was watching pokemon, doraemon and dragonballz at those days.

I did discovered anime when I watch Voltes V on Hero.
