[Second Season] Seitokai Yakuindomo on January 2014

According to the 46th issue of Weekly Shonen Magazine which will be published this Wednesday in Japan, the second season of TV Anime series Seitokai Yakuindomo (生徒会役員共) was announced and will be aired in this Winter, starting from January 2014. We’ve been talking about the rumor since the end of the first season, and to make us less boring, several OADs were bundled with the original Manga by Tozen Ujiie (氏家 ト全). The upcoming 9th (October 17) and 10th volume of the Manga will also be bundled with OADs. Friends, sit back and enjoy the OAD first and we are going to have lots of fun, or jokes this winter.



If you are also following other news sites like ANN, you probably have already heard of it last week when ANN mentioned the news with no image prove. Looks like ANN does have some other ways to obtain information that we cannot. Apart from the leak, ANN also had some interesting translations (or direct interview, source unknown) from the cast of the TV Anime, Youko Hikasa (日笠 陽子) and Shintarou Asanuma (浅沼 晋太郎).

In response to the anime’s second season, Hikasa said, “In a good way, it is just the same as always… But the double entendres are powered up!”

Asanuma also left a message for readers, saying, “I think it’s a good thing that we’re able to talk about erotic things in a humorous tone. However, you must not say any of the jokes in the manga in public! At the least, just talk among guys, or in the corner of a club room, or in [the Japanese chat app] Line… Boys, be ambitious! (laughs)”
