Pet System and some few minor Forum Fixes!

Although it is old but I added a new feature to this forum...
The Pet System where you can feed your pet and let it become stronger.
I also fix the problem with the post tools so there won't be problems as of now and I fix the signature resizer... There will be no scrolling now.
And I almost forgot... you can now reply to the announcement forums!

ur right we need to Purchase the Pet food or we'll get them from Random event made by Boss xD
