Natatalo mo ba yung boss? Kaya siguro yan ang mahirap yung pag namatay siya since magcacast ng ultima yan. Magcast ka ng life 3 para mabuhay ka pag namatay ka sa ultima. Or reflect or osmose. celes, terra, relm at strago ang party ko. kakatalo ko lang ng boss last night with berserk and life3 method. kaso nung pababa na ako sa tower, ngcast ako ng palidor habang nagcacast din ang ibang party members. so yun naghang ang game! malay ko ba! lol

- Ok naman talaga gameplay ng t3b, kaso yun lang talaga meron yun. Sa original PE parang turn based na Resident Evil yung gameplay. Mahirap explain so laruin mo na lang pag may time ka. And pag may nadl ka na working copy ng PE2 for emulator send mo na din sakin yung link.
Now kung bakit kakaasar T3b. Halos lahat binaboy ni Toriyama. Kung nalaro mo na T3b, kilala mo si Maeda. Yung parang manyak na scientist? Hindi ganun ugali nun sa PE 1 and 2, ewan kung ano pumasok sa isip ni Toriyama at ganun ginawa niya. And yung story, aaaaargh iniisip ko pa lang naasar na ko. Yung plot twist di ko alam kung nangaasar lang o ewan. Imagine playing as Cloud Strife the whole game then sa huling cutscene biglang sasabihin na si Zack pala talaga yun, nasa katawan lang ni Cloud. WTF. And ang ganda na nung kwento ni Aya and Kyle then ayun poof.
Basically, the PE franchise has been Toriyama'd.

Kahit ano pa dahilan, he extended the series in the most pathetic way possible. May convenient plot device na sila to extend the series eh. Because of Maya's mitochondria, Aya's body ages far slowly than a regular human. So pwede lumaban si Aya well into her 60s if necessary. But they decided to introduce this stupid twist that left the series with a horrible cliffhanger.Zinogre wrote:

@squall I think naiintindihan ko na kung bakit ka nagagalit at dagdag pa natin ang FFXIII made by the same creator Motomu Toriyama... hindi rin daw ganun kagandahan ang story, linear, at ang gameplay ay pangit din daw. that's what I've heard from some forum anyway...
by the way, sino dito ang nakapglaro na ng dangan ronpa? grabeh~~ ayus talaga ang story! sa game nato masasabi kong hindi ka talaga mapredict kung anung susunod na mangyayari! most of the time kasi pg naglalaro ako may nakikita akong "pattern". pero sa dangan ronpa halos lahat ng prediction ko ay mali!

Keyword CG. FF cgs were always good. The problem is the linearity. Pero sakin ok lang. Linear din naman yung FFX and it's one of my faves so wala sakin yun. Yung execution ng story ang problema ko and yung theme song. Seriously, Leona Lewis? My Hands? Dapat di na lang nila pinalitan yung Kimi ga Iru Kara since ok naman yung song na yun. Eto pa, ok na yung ending ng XIII eh. Resolved na lahat pero since underwhelming yung sales nung XIII and sobrang laki ng nagastos ng SE sa Crystal Tools engine, kelangan nila sulitin so gumawa sila ng sequel. And di ko alam kung pwede pa ba tawaging story yung nangyari. Anyway, ok naman laruin XIII kaso may mga problema nga lang. Saka ko na iisa-isahin yun busy eh
