Sora no otoshimono - more on comedy and fantasy
Angel Beats - not much of a harem but a masterpiece anime
Mondaiji tachi - 10 episodes but very worth watching. If you like badass anime with comedy and supernatural watch this.
Hidan no Aria - Not much of supernatural but its action and a loli harem like KWZDK?
IS : Infinite Stratos - International harem (the girls in the harem are from different countries) many action with some comedy.
SAO (sword art online) - Not much of a harem but its the best in action and romance.
