[Suggestion]"Sweldo" System

Frankly, I disagree with the idea, I could even care less for the Pros and Cons.

No Offense, but the suggestion is all about... an easy way to earn Coins/Points for Forum Mods and DJs ONLY.

But of all things before what I said above, there is one thing we forgot the most. It seems that you forgot that Applying for a position is your decision, and we didn't even mention in the Application Thread that you'll gain an advantage as a forum member. And that's what you call Voluntary.

spamming won't be reduced just because this system is implemented. I doubt it. Actually, if the so-called "members who are helping the staff" can get salary from reporting spams, etc. , then I might as well create another account and spam using my other account and report it with my original one. That way, i'll gain a lot of points, don't you think? Hope you get the idea.
And btw, your opinions are contradicting. In the first pro, you mentioned that "forum members now knows a very easy way to earn coins" and in your 2nd pro, you state that "members now knows that its earned the "HARD WAY""
And aside from that, as mentioned by hyuga, applying for a certain position is a member's decision. We are not force to do the work. That's why there is an application thread. Therefore, what they need is an interested and willing applicants.
I as a member here appreciate all the hard work of the forum mod, dj, admins and all other staff here. But I believe that everyone in the staff understands the fact that before we apply for a certain position, we should put in mind that we'll be doing a voluntary work. Voluntary work means serving without expecting anything in return.
And one more thing, i am sorry for a negative feedback but please bear in mind that every suggestion has positive and negative feed back.

Sorry but I don't agree with this one too. It's better to see members who work and help others voluntarily without getting anything in return. The Points and Coins System we have now is fair enough. Members will get what they deserve. It's not deserving if they just do it for the sake of points and coins.

As the others said above joining the forum staff is voluntary so we don't need something like this.

Well to say it, I already came up with the Idea a week ago
But when I try to think of the proposal, I'm going to make, It failed to meet my expectations, If we apply this system, the sense of community work will be gone.
Remember we are still a Community not a Society, We can't even avail our own Independent Site, and First of all We applied to become a staff with our own Free Will, wanting nothing in exchange.

So For The Conclusion, The Forum is Good at It is and If we apply the proposal, We Forum Mods will no longer be needed.

I beg to disagree, the point system seems to function really well among all members of the forum and keep the site in working condition. If we are going to try the extra point system, I think the value of the first system will be lessen but will on focus due to the effect of having new one. The related pressure to the points that are gathered by individual members can be changed too, the value will be changed too and of course, the reason of having points will enacted as "point-only system". The effect will be loosening ties of the community. Though the reason is really good, but the effect will be a burden to the forum since we can't be independent yet. Moreover, the positions required are not insist to the members who want to apply for the position, they are the ones who wanted the position. It's a responsibility to be taken care of not only for the points they gathered but act they already took in when they got the position. This is Us! We love the forum so we got into this job.
