Format for Ban/Warning Reports

Once you've become a full-fledged moderator, please do create your own Detention Room. And when you warned/banned someone on a post or in Chatbox as well, please do post it here immediately, so the user you warned/banned and the staffs are going to be well informed. If you failed to post it, there will be equivalent consequences on doing that.

Format for Warning: Example

Name: HyugA
Date: March 17, 2013
Status: Warned
Reason: State the Reason.
Warning Level: 100% down to 75% (or "75%" only, obviously 25% was deduced)
Proof:

Format for Banning: Example

Name: HyugA
Date: March 17, 2013
Status: Banned
Reason: State the reason
Duration: # of Days
Proof:

---

Note: Doing it in a Table or any types of reports is allowed, as long as the required fields was stated.

Thread was left open for questions and clarifications.

Just for clarification. So that's means we can update their threads too.

You don't need to update their list, because you have yours. And you can only edit your Co-mod's list if there's a mistake such as misspelled name, typographical error, et al.
