Auto-scrolling chatbox.

These might be reasons and solutions.
Based on my experience using Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
If you can share something about this problem post it here.

Google Chrome:
Reason:
The only thing I notice this happen when using google chrome is when the internet connection is slow. When I play in a computer shop they have low ping rate but slow download rate the chatbox automatically scroll up and I can't do anything about it.
Solution:
I switch to Mozilla firefox and the scroll up problem is gone.

Mozilla Firefox:
Reason:
When I borrowed my cousin's netbook the chatbox scroll's up and I became really pissed and did everything I could. She didn't install Adobe Flash Player for mozilla firefox extension so
Solution:
I install it and the scroll up problem is fixed (yey).

Well this is all based in my experience so it might help others or not.

Well i usually have auto up problem coz sometimes there are users who post too much emoticons, pictures and sometimes the code and spoiler also cause the problem. But never had a serious problem like that.

Just a simple Clear, voila, the problem is gone. :D
