Well mecha are weapons themselves so they count and the mecha i would say is the most powerful is Getter emperor with the ability to grow with no limits forever and absorbing anything it touches ANYTHING into the energy it uses which is called getter rays and growing even more therefore mecha such as ttgl even if it were stronger would be absorbed and transformed into getter rays making getter emperor even more powerful. And eventually being bigger than the entire universe itself and bigger beyond that not to mention getter emperor changing form causes big bangs in the process so since mecha are technically weapons getter emperor would be the or one of the strongest in existstance.
