Yes connection is considered but there are anime streaming sites there that have slow servers.

Maybe it's because of the internet and not the site.
Same thing happen to me. After several episodes the site keeps on buffering. But if I switch to other sites same thing happen (ok at first then buffer after several episodes). Some Internet Service Provider monitors the site where you use the heaviest bandwidth and lower the transfer rate of that site (buffering). I experience that until now. PLDT by the way :)
If you know how to set VPN that would somehow prevent them from tracing the sites you browse.
