Personally the King of Vandenreich (left, name unknown) and Genryusai Shigekuni Yamamoto (right) seems to be related somehow. Within the latest Bleach 489, we find out that Yamamoto failed to kill the King a Thousand Years ago. It’s now obvious that the “The Thousand-Year Blood War” links into the war between the Quincy and Shinigami’s a Thousand Year Ago.
The reason why I think that the King is Yamamoto’s Son is because when Mayuri had mentioned Yamamoto not killing the King, Yamamoto had gotten somewhat pissed by the expression his face. As well as that, you can clearly see in the image above that both of them have similarities in look, such as the shape of their nose. Their eyes not being large and similar. Their lips look very similar and the excessive hair on their face would support them being related.
Furthermore, the fact that he’s the oldest captain in the Gotei 13 could suggest that he had gotten busy more than a thousand years ago which brought the birth of his child. The King also looks a lot younger than Yamamoto which could support this idea.

your theory it seems legit and i was wondering or thought that the leader of Vandenreich is a quincy. i had thought it because the story also suggested it like the chapter title of the manga, chapter 480 - The Thousand Year Blood War, and the "quincy" word is appearing for quite several times now in the manga despite that,
so i could also say yes? with a question mark.. im not still sure about it.

- no problem. but if it is. then the leader of those quincy is a full-pledge shinigami. probably right?, and now waging a war against his father for some unknown reason...and is using quincy to fight other shinigami, and the quincy will agree because they want to finish their war with shinagami. i don't know...it's only my guess.. a lot of ideas is coming into my mind after reading your post.
