Which anime character do you think is smarter and wiser?

I personally think that "L" of deathnote is the smartest and wisest of all these characters. it is true that he died, but that is because his oponent has godly power. to think that over 80 billion people in the world, he managed to track down the suspect. he also has great academic skills , his got perfect score in the entrance exam even though he is not a student and he doesnt study those subjects at all.

but that's only my opinion. everyone is free to vote for their's. :)
