[Nekomonogatari (Black)] Anime in December

We’ve reported back in April this year that the entire NisiOisin’s Monogatari series will be adapted into Anime. This week, according to the official website, the Anime of Nekomonogatari (Black) (猫物 黒) will be premiered on December 31, at the end of the year on NicoNico, Tokyo MX and BS11 from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (JST). The four-episode Anime will be aired in a row and will last about two hours, while the two-volume DVD/Blu-ray will be released in March and April next year.



Nekomonogatari (Black) is a the story happens before Bakemonogatari (化物語), which Nekomonogatari (White) is after. Of course, Akiyuki Shinbo (新房 昭之) is directing the series and we are going to see a lot of slideshows again. According to the previously announced schedule, the next story to be made Anime will be Kizumonogatari (傷物語) which was delay and we are still waiting for further announcements.
