hello dear :) i'm sorry for the inconvenience. the club's application form can be found inside the Official Members of Fans Club spoiler. And yes it's kinda hard to find since it's in the spoiler. I want to edit it too but unfortunately, i'm not the topic starter and am not capable of doing such thing. I'm still trying to get in touch with the forum's administrator to fix the thread.
