The Blue Ez build is very effective in this current meta. Trades high damage burst for safe poke and relentless slow. The only downside is that you need ASPD runes and Auto attacks to deal sustain damage in teamfights

against heavy ap (manamune, icebourne, lucid boots, mercurial, maw, ruinkedking/bloodthirst or go pent)
