The Japanese entertainment company Bandai Namco Group has announced last July that they will establish a new subsidiary in the Philippines. Bandai (Philippines), Inc., its provisional name aims to further enhance its production system to strengthen its vending machine capsule toy (Gashapon) and action figure business.
The factory will be located inside the LiMA Technology Center located in Malvar, Batangas. The center is a joint venture of Alcantara Group’s Alsons Land Corporation & Japanese trading company Marubeni Corporation, and also houses other Japanese companies like Yamaha, Mitsuba Corporation, and Hitachi Cable.
The construction will begin on October 2012 and its operation will start in Summer 2013. Bandai's Hong Kong subsidiary will be its full investor with a starting captial of Php 400 million (about US$9.6 million).
Bandai Namco Group has also established subsidiaries in Hong Kong, China, and Thailand.

wow!! bandai the one who created DRAGONBALL GT in playstation one. ahaha.. this is nice.. i would love to work for this company.
