I always see this title on top list on every manga websites but I haven't read it yet. Good thing there's an anime adaptation this season. I saythe first episode is pretty good    Have you found this good? discuss here.


Raku Ichijou is an average high school student. He also happens to be the sole heir to the head of a Yakuza Family called the Shuei-gumi. Ten years ago, Raku made a promise... a secret promise with a girl he met. They promised one another that they will "get married when they reunite". Since then, Raku never let go of the pendant the girl gave him.

Then one day, a beautiful girl named Chitoge Kirisaki transfers into Raku's class. Their chemistry was more than off. There was not a moment where they were not fighting. But by a weird turn of events, Raku and Chitoge agree to become fake lovers. Although his heart is really interested in his classmate Kosaki Onodera, Raku must continue pretending to be Chitoge's boyfriend.

I actually read the manga .. it was pretty bad.

I've watched the first episode .. it was pretty bad.

I've watched the first episode, it was your average harem anime and...meh, shaft's animation style doesn't suit the story

I've read the first chapter up to 21st...Onodera's still the best girl

OreShura is better

I didn't like it being Shafted.

This season's full of moe/harem anime doe, next season should be better.

I liked the second episode more than the first. At least mas maganda na yung atmosphere ngayon. Nakalimutan ko sabihin , pero + yung character designs ng Nisekoi.

nevertheless, i'm enjoying it. :D

I haven't watched the anime but I did read the manga. Dropped it in chapter 70~ish. Though I liked the one shot... IMO the one shot is better than the whole series.

Nabasa ko yung manga habang tumatagal nakakabagot na basahin, parang pinapahaba muna yung story. Hindi makausad yung plot. Paikot-ikot

that's because SHAFT animated it kaya mukang monogatari.
kng ibang studio sana like Bones, J.C.Staff etc. pwede pa.
kaya dko pnapanood ngayon dhil d ako agree sa animation :3
still reading its manga though.

The manga is pretty meh with all the filler chapters these days and we all know its because Jump's trying to prolong the series. Typical harem, typical rom-com.

Loving the anime adaptation though :) Shaft really did a good job with it. Voice acting is great too.

Agreed. Kung hindi lang to pinapahaba more or less 100 chapter lang tapos na. Baka bumaba yung views ng anime kung tapos na yung manga. Pero yung "Golden Time" tapos na pero yung anime hindi pa, pero ayos pa rin. And FOR ME, hindi ko gusto yung animation.

but it's a shame karamihan ng romcom anime madalas harem sa ngayon.

Aww. Bakit hindi? Maganda naman eh :D Okay ang simula ng Nisekoi at di naman aabot dun sa mga nakakainis na chapters since 20 epsiodes lang, lol. Manuod ka pa rin!

Hindi ko pa nababasa yung manga neto or napapanood yung anime balak ko palang sana eh. Pero sa nakikita kong mga reaction niyo tungkol dito parang nawawalan na akong ganang basahin yung manga at panoorin yung anime. Pero maraming nagsusuggest na panoorin ko to eh. Bahala na haha
