Mas maganda atang unahin mo ang To Aru Majutsu no Index dahil sa iyon ang primary story eh~
Side story lang ang To Aru Kagaku no Railgun pero maiintindihan mo mainge yung Railgun pag napanuod mo na ang Index.

Index muna, kasi side story lang yung railgun. Pero parang mas nagustuhan kopa yung Railgun kaysa index eh, para sakin lang naman.

Index first. It will give more gist of the story for you.
(Although, technically speaking, Railgun's story came first. So to familiarize yourself, go for Index first.)
