Apocolypse no toride

I would recommend this manga for a couple reasons but il also explain its downsides without spoiling the story so far, and i say so far because this manga is still being made however i don't know if it has been discontinued or not but its a cool little read if you enjoy zombies and brutality.
The characters
They are really not that original in anyway but they can be bad ass
you have your typical smart guy your typical brawn's guy
and your typical main character you get The jist of it.
But why id recommend it as a quick read. Well if you like zombies its just what it sounds like zombies pretty much. if you want a quick zombie manga with no ecchi to ruin the mood for you then try this manga. It has got some interesting elements to it so far
and the art and gore and overall plain detail when showing the zombies/ mutants i say goes a long way. The downside is its only 20 or maybe 19 subbed chapters and a couple raw ones and i have no clue if it is still in the making or not.

The story is kind of like the high school of the dead anime ( which i didn't enjoy at all and you could guess why) with is starting in a school but this school is more of a delinquent jail well that's actually what it is.
But the rest i cant say without spoiling what happens so
if you enjoy a quick read with gore zombies and no ecchi i would recommend it just for fun.

Soooo it's basically HOTD without the fanservice and of course within a jail setting? Might consider reading it.

I mean, it depicts more good story plot compared to HOTD..
A must read manga...
