Any "profound" manga? Empty Any "profound" manga?

I know this is a very unclear question, but can anyone suggest a manga that seems more than the sum of it's parts? Or maybe to be more accurate, shows some deep portrayal of emotions and situations?
I think most manga like this would be Seinen.
The ones I've read that come to mind are "Tetsugaku Letra" and "Kamisama ga Uso o Tsuku"
Not to say that all manga isn't profound, but I'd love some manga like these two :P
