Anime Drawing Tournament OPEN REGISTRATION

First topic message reminder :

Hello to all TNMAA members and Anime Drawing Contest- Create Your Own Anime Character participants. A new subsection under Anime Drawing Contest is going to open this November. The Anime Drawing Tournament is the battle of the best artist in both amateur and professional category- no favorable instances will be considered when it comes to ages and time of membership, this is purely talent.

The registration will start today and the tournament will start on November 19, 2013.

The deadline of entries will be on November 19, 2013.

The mechanics applied are the same from the Anime Drawing Contest.

You are going to do 2 themes in your own anime character. You are required to pass 2 drawings with the specific themes needed.

The Anime Drawing Contest will continue until 2nd week of November and then the Anime Drawing Tournament will take over for a week.

Objectives:
To showcase the talents of TNMAA members in drawing; creating their very own anime and to wield their creativity and imagination in drawing. The best of the member's talent will be showcased to inspire other members to develop their talents.

General Rules and Guidelines:
1. All entries must be hand-drawn or hand-painted; entries which are digitally manipulated or altered will not be accepted.
2. All entries must be done originally; plagiarized and copied versions will be disqualified.
3. Painted and non-colored entries are accepted- natural beauty in some artworks still works well.
4. No entries shall be accepted containing hentai, explicit, offensive, unlawful and destructive content not limited to harassing, abusing, profane, obscene, violent and racially-ethically biased genre.
5. All entries must be solely made for this contest, don't use drawings which are already drawn for other other contest or forums. We are avoiding copied versions.
6. We allow entries to be named, use your usernames to let us identify your work and to avoid plagiarism. Only one entry for each. We don't allow group work in all entries.
7. You are going to do two themes needed the Sports and the Romance.
8. Follow the rules and the format of submission and registration to avoid problems.
9. Be creative and have fun.
10. All entries are judged by their mechanics and votes; judges' decisions are final.

Eligibility:
All members of TNMAA- newbies, staffs and ex-staffs are allowed to join. Amateur and Professional artists are welcome to join. The contest aims to be fair to all members. Students, please don't compromise your studies.

Tools:
You may use any drawing medium that you are comfortable with.
Pencils- drafting and regular pencils
Colored pencils and crayons
Pastels and watercolors are accepted and also paints
Markers
Others are Techpoints, Techballs, rulers, curves, triangles and erasers.

Entry Guidelines:
The Medium of canvas will be a 8.5 x 11 and 8.5 x 13 white background. You can use the whole sheet.

Mechanics:

Originality 20%
Art Style and Creativity 20%
Quality of Work 30%
Technique and Execution 20%
Members' Votes 10%

Judging will be based on the mechanics and the members' votes. We have 5 judges who are fit to this contest's requirements. We will judge your work correctly, following the basic and fundamental principles of drawing. All judges' decisions are final.

Prizes:
1st prize: 5000 coins and a chance to be featured in our TNMAA page.
2nd prize: 3000 coins
3rd prize:  1500  coins

Each participant will get a banner. A banner for the Grand Champion will be given to the best drawing.

The tournament will use the registration number given to you, if you don't have just register and I will give you a registration number.
