Note:Veigar is VERY SQUISHY so I suggest you get FLASH-IGNITE or FLASH-BARRIER. If you want to be the strongest AP character in your game, no matter what happens don't leave your lane except when your very first tower is destroyed. Just keep aiming your AP to be the highest. No need to use mejai. Another thing when I see some Veigar players, they do not maximize the use of his 3rd skill(Probably all of them were lowbies) because once you've caught them in your 3rd, you can now do what you want with them... lol
Veigar must be played in a VERY VERY SAFE GAME in order to end the game quickly.
Not much greediness,map awareness,teamplay and faith with your team mates will always lead you to victory.
