Castlevania: Symphony of the Night

the first time i've played this. it was like love at first sight( ahaha just like in any other games i've played such as chrono, ff series.. etc. ) and its all because of one quote

there are a lot of weapons to choose from. i assure you that you will enjoy browsing through all the weapons and its uses as i did. to name a few of the weapons i personally enjoy or usually used are: Chakram - Sikh steel throwing ring, Heaven Sword* - Enchanted floating sword, Icebrand* - Ice sword of Mim

aside from weapon, alucard has a lot of options to choose from items and armor to equip.

Alucard is the protagonist of the story or rather this game. he is different from his father. i vaguely remember the whole story or his reason why is he fighting his own father since i've played this when i was in highschool.


some of my favorite magic spells i used are Soul Steal and Hell Fire.

i remember how i had fun battling with every sub boss.


i was able to play as richter belmont too after i've finished the game.

Remember the Old times hehehe my favorite weapon all the time is Crissigrim and Heaven Sword XD

yes there is a castlevania game in ps3, actually there are a lot of castlevania game in different platforms. its just that this thread is for castlevania: symphony of the night in ps1. but i'm still planning to discuss all castlevania games in here.. since no one has created another castlevania game/version thread.
