Light Yagami (Death Note) VS. Lelouch Vi Britannia (Code Geass)

You often see character matchups on youtube and stuff, I thought it would be something fun to discuss on a forum =]
So, every tuesday starting today, I will be defining a matchup between two anime characters, with rules and regulations. Please feel free to comment on who you think would win and why.

So, for this week, I thought we'd start with an intellectual battle every anime fan should have dreamed of already

Light Yagami (Death Note) VS. Lelouch Vi Britannia (Code Geass)

RULES : Light has his deathnote available to him, Lelouch has his geass. It is situated in modern day japan, and both only know each other by their respective aliases (Kira and Zero). Light has the task force behind him, Lelouch has the black knights (no knightmares though). DISCUSS =]

Lelouch will win. As the rules stated, Light doesn't know who Zero is. While Lelouch can use geass to find Light and kill him.

Lelouch can easily get an intelligence on where Kira is, means he only needs his underlings to defeat Kira.

I think Lelouch would win no matter what angle/situation you look at it. Yes, both are smart. But in terms of Ability/Items they possess, Lelouch is superior than Light. How? In terms of gathering intelligence, Lelouch's geass ("Absolute Authority" - i just like to name it that way 'cause it's cool. xD), can be used to command other people to gather intel while Zero is just hiding somewhere. The deathnote obviously cannot do that.
In terms of army that backs them up, idk but i see that task force as incompetent unlike the Black Knights.
As for the strategy to find out each others' identity, as i've said a geass is far more superior than the deathnote, just give someone an order and he would definitely follow it. Lelouch can use the same strategy of L too.
Therefore, Lelouch vi Brittania orders you, Yagami Light, to DIE!!! xD

Light Yagami, it's much easier for him to kill, morally, he doesn't need to be in contact and has got so used to writing names down that he wouldn't feel any hesitance or remorse for doing it.

i think Lelouch will win Since Kira doesn't know the full name of Lelouch and know him as Zero

It is stated that they only know each other by their aliases, this makes light's deathnote defective while giving lelouch the upperhand because he can use his geass to order people to find kira's whereabouts.

Because his Geass can command everyone he wants to command to gather info. about Light without being caught.

Light Yagami sir because He's just goin to right lelouch's name...  

Light can trade half of his lifespan to obtain shinigami eyes to discover Lelouch's real name. But if Light did not make a deal for the eyes, Lelouch wins easily.
