[Suggestion] Claimed Characters

dunno if thi is posible...

since marami na ang ng claim ng characters(anime & games) nila at di magkasya sa siggy ang banners due to limitaion, why not make a storage or "wasrdrobe" for these claimed characters? suggest lang nmn...

and speaking of claim a character, napansin ko ilang araw na hindi naa-update ang claim an anime character thread. Is there a problem? ask lang din nmn...

may mga nakikita naman akong active na moderators pero di nila in-update ang claims
maybe admins lang ang nag-uupdate nun

eto lang ang forum na nakita kong maraming staff
wala namang mga powers
ahahaha!!

tsaka meron silang Grapics staff diba?
bakit di nalang ibigay sa kanila ang trabaho ng pag-uupdate ng claims
since sila naman ang gumagawa ng banner (I think?!?)

With all due respect to your complaints, yes we are having fairly a number of moderators here, I agree that sometimes that we can't easily update some of the threads, but please understand that all members here are fairly managed, we are doing our best to maintain our forum. In your criticism about the powers of the moderators, we have powers but not all are given to us, we have administrators and other staffs working together to maintain the forum. I am sorry if we can't meet your expectations really well but you should be more careful about what you are implying- staffs are chosen volunteers that are doing their best to take responsibility to their actions; we have divisions of activity- not all in one moderator. Some areas and even other threads have designated moderators and they are doing their part. You need to be more patient about your requests and suggestions to be answered. We can't be online 24 hours to monitor the forum, some are still working and some are volunteer students that are willing to help the forum. So please don't belittle us. You should be more cautious and be more considerate.
Moreover, GFX Staffs are having their own responsibility, we can't just assign anyone to do something that they are not assigned to do, besides we are updating the threads as much as we can.
I think your jumping to conclusions and it is not right. My apologies, since the way you view the staffs here is disappointing.

Ehemmmm... as a Forum Mod and GFX staff at the same time i2 lang po masasabi ko .... Sir d nmn po kc araw araw nakakapag log in mga admin/mod/dj/GFX/GM/Promoter at iba pa dahil nga po may class db? mas uunahin po muna cguro db ... and about sa claim claim... at yung mga trabaho po ng mga mod ay may mga naka assign sa bawat isa dyan at ang naka assign sa claim ay medyo busy sa studies nya kaya d na u update?? gets? at yung gfx ang mag update pwede rin po un kaso po yung ibang gfx ay medyo busy rin po ^^ ... d nmn kc lahat tayo ay maraming free time ^^ dahil schooldays nga db =) at mga admin sa forum?? iilan lang po ang admin d2 sa forum ^^ ....

But we do have mods to monitor and update the claiming section. Yes we do, but if you're still wondering why there aren't so many active admins/mod.. well you know, we have this thing we called "life" too, and most of us are studying or working.

We are entitled to our own opinion but yours is just very one-sided. Staffs have their own lives too like you. And even so, they are keeping this forum alive. They even provide downloadable animes, a radio station and more just for your pleasures. What more can you ask for, my good sir?

In answer to the Anime Claiming thread..
We currently can't update it. Because of the too many claims, I couldn't fit the new claims anymore. ('The posted message is too long'<< is what I get when I do try to update it.) I am trying to resolve this but so far I don't have a solution.

Please be patient. With all due respect, please don't assume things that you don't know of. If you say we are incapable of doing our job as staff then by all means why don't you apply as well and organize this entire forum and lets see if you could do it as easily as you make it sound to be.

I agree with mythical. The others are busy in their studies/work. They can't just moderate the forum (OFC, they will put their studies in line first before the forum) Staffs also have their own priorities.

If you are saying that we can't do our job as a staff, then why don't you try being a staff? If you're just a member of the forum, it seems like it's easy to be a staff. That also happened to me. I thought it's easy to moderate, update, make signatures and avatars, but it's not.

Akala niyo po ba madaling mag-update???? Gaya poh ng sinabi ni Lotus nung member pa lang ako ay sa tingin ko ay madali pero nang naging staff na ako hindi pala.....

Ang pagiging forum moderator po ay mahirap.. gaya na lang din ng pagiging Uploader, GFX Staff, Game Master, Radio DJ at iba pa....

Kailangan po kasi hindi lang sa isang section ng forum lang kami nakatutok kundi dapat sa buong forum mismo kaya may nakakalimutan kaming i-update.....

And I'm sorry too for questioning uh ur abilities admins and mods, I was just merely wandering about the claiming thread not being updated. And please be Kyousuke and imurpapy they obviously don't know what they're talking about, I'm really sorry...

kung napansin nyo kulang ng details ang "claimed character storage" na suggestion ko... What I'm saying is, the claimed characters should have a storage for the banners to be stored that can be viewed in our profile. Sayang nman kasi ang mga ginawang banners ng idol naming editor sa GSC na si xxEclair.

But there's also a possibility that this storage might be abused... like storing different kinds of images that has nothing to do with the claimed characters...

so waddya think?

Your idea is okay, but you also have a point about the storage being abused.

As far as i know, we can do this in your profile fields, and admins can update it :D (Just like the forum mascot) But there are so many claims I dunno if we can put it all. Hahaha. Lezz wait for the other admins. :3

If you were in our shoes you'd be mad too but we're not saying your at fault here either. And you're right this forum was made to make friends and everyone is welcome to join as long as they follow rules and one of them is to respect staff members since they organize and maintain the forum. I've only just recently became one of the staffs here and I can say I understand how hard their job is. I really underestimated it but I'm trying my best to keep up.

You have your reasons, The staffs have their own reasons as well.
You have school or work, They have them too.
We are not all that different.
So if you sometimes get busy, they also get busy.
Please just remember that and be patient.
Updates will sooner or later be accommodated.

OK I'll re-shuffle the Moderator's Task. It's just Majority of the Moderators are Student (including Myself as well), and sometimes they do fail to do their task.

uhm... sorry sir but I'm not talking about wanting to have a banner. Ang suggestion ko po ay sana may mapaglagyan ang banner sa profile natin, hindi nakilangan pa makita ito kapg ngpopost(ex. sa ilalim ng ava or sa siggy). Naisip ko lang po ito kasi may limit po sa siggy, at sayang naman po kung gawa ng gawa ang mga editor namin sa GSC ng banner eh di naman pala nila makita sa siggy namin. So why not stop claiming characters? It's cuz I am greedy and sorry for being one. Why not pgpalit-palitin nalang ang siggy? Hassle po yun and I'm too lazy to do that.

Sana po di nyo ma misunderstand ang pingsasabi ko. I respect everyone here, from Admins down to the newbies...
