Can we also have a Fans Club regulation? - it is a rule for the fans club, anyone who go against the rule will be apprehended according to their actions.

SwordArtOnline Fans Club General Rules and Regulations
General Rules
1. SAO Fans Club members must abide the rules implemented by the SAO Fans Club.
2. Other members of the other clubs must be respected, we don't allow discrimination. WE must maintain a healthy relationship with other clubs.
3. We will apply the general rules and regulations of the forum, we have the right to sanction the members who are not following the rules like spamming, double-posting, disrespecting other members and trolling.
4. Respect the usertag and the banner of the SAO Fans Club, we have the right to revoke your usertags and ban you from the club if proven.
5. Use English and Filipino, we are allowing members to use Japanese and other related languages to anime.
6. Don't go beyond the topic, you must retain the borderline of the thread within SAO only.
7. Attendance is a must.
8. We have the right to monitor the members' activity inside the SAO Fans Club, this is not limited to attendance, thread posts, contest activity and other fans club related activities.
9. Enjoy the forum.

Specific Rules:
Member Rules
1. Respect your comrades, SAO Fans club members should maintain good communication to each other.
2. Newbies should be active and participate in the fans club threads.
3. We allow other members of the club to join our club but respect our rules while you are here.
4. All SAO Members should keep the fans club alive- join threads' discussion and be active.

Punishment and Sanctions
Disrespecting the SAO Fans Club usertag and banner
1st offense- warning
2nd- offense- ban for a day
3rd- offense- ban for a week
4th- offense- kick out from the fans club
Spamming, Double Posting, Trolling, Malicious words, intentional foul words and out of the topic threads posts
1st- offense- warning
2nd- offense- warning
3rd- offense- ban for a day
4th -offense-ban for a week
Disrespecting SAO Fans Club Members and Staffs
1st- offense- warning
2nd- offense- ban for a day
3rd- offense- kick out of the club
Intentional violation of the rules
1st- offense- ban for a day
2nd- offense- ban for a week
3rd- offense- ban for a month
4th- offense- kick out of the club

How about a "Sword Art Online Claiming Area"? Each Character in Sword Art Online can be claimed by 3 to 4 members...

I agree. It would be a nice idea if we have a claim a character thread.

I also want to suggest contests and events for the SAO Fans Club.
1. Newbie of the month
2. Member of the month- Most Active Member of the Month
3. Fan Art of the month
4. Thread of the week

Each winner will receive coins.

Can I create a Hiatus Section thread? So, if members are having problems with their attendance, they can post it there, and we can answer.
