I reported this because it's TOO personal for the sake for our members. Ni rerespect ko opinyon mo, pero inuuna ng mga MODS ang safety ng members. lol. why not? i believe it's a person's decision whether they want to flaunt the name or not. And I don't think this kind of question could harm others by any means.

I think it's a matter of people's free will. Since we're on the internet, everyone is entitled to their own opinion and actions. As long they're following the certain rules and regulations of the said place. For example here in TNMAA. I don't think this is a problem. Members can answer freely. Doing so, they must know the possible consequences of their own actions.
With regards to the Topic itself, it's not disturbing or might cause problems. I only see people teasing you about your crush. I've seen more personal discussions over the Forum that's more disturbing IMO. Like some said, anyone can actually tell their crush. Since it's in the "Members chit chat" they can freely discuss these things. Members can choose whether to answer real people or fictional. I would even name her, but for me it's too personal. Though for others, they might not find this trivial at all and they can even name them on the spot.
With regards to members safety, I can't possibly think of a dangerous situation members will be in if ever they do state their crush. It's not that they'll stalk you or anything. Some of us prolly ask other members Nasl, which is more dangerous IMO. But like these topics, I don't think it's a problem. :)
