Yeah...sure... Killed a Man. Yuno heartlessly killed lot's of people. Killed her, parents, even herself from a different world. She can kill anyone who goes against her. She even killed her Love one(one the first world) and time traveled to a different timeline to find her love one and will also kill that guy if he doesn't choose her. XD

Her Yandere-side, aside, she already has the power of God and she can bend time and gravity herself. Not to mention can fly and summon anything she wants. She can even trap people to a different dimension.

Plus her killing is so magnificent. From chainsaw, axes, knifes.

Even Mikasa has her 3D maneuver gear Yuno can force it to break and she can just use her powers to disable her then try to tear hear apart XD

Well for me It actually depends on where they fight.... In Mikasa's case if she gets a chance to use her 3D Gear she can beat Yuno...But if Yuno fights with hand-to-hand combat she can also beat Mikasa....But we don't care about where they fight... So I go with Mikasa because she can use her 3D Gear while Yuno is Just using her trusty Kitchen Knife...

but...but...Yuno has her God powers? Right? LOL.
If it was a battle without powers, obviously Yuno will die in an instant using Mikasa's Gear. But what if, Like I said, Yuno uses her God Powers. She can basically do anything. She can heighten up her senses and speed to match up Mikasa's 3D Gear. Well that's just me. :D

i just like Mikasa hahaha. :D

Yuno will win this, she's a God from the previous game and she need not powers to dispose of her enemies but wits and prowess alone.

Though it still depends since both anime series do not share the same battlefield and even battle mechanics. Of course both characters were made to blend with the surroundings they are in.
