VPN servers

I need a fast VPN server. Or somthing to prevent the ISP from knowing the sites I browse. My problem is that after about 5 episodes of streaming, they reduce the speed of the site causing it to buffer. I need something to stop them from doing it.

Maybe try Hotspot Shield, it has a free version, but has ads, but it's worth it.

Unfortely it only supports windows. My Operating System is Ubuntu

Yes it will a little but it will still depend on the ISP you're connected.
