The story is so confusing at first but somehow, I came to like this show. I hope you do too :)
Dolls- Emotionless mediums that can use observer spirits.
Contractors- People who gained supernatural powers because of the hell and heaven's gate. They need to do weird obeisances as payment for using their powers.
By power, do you mean supernatural powers? If yes, I don't think there are any besides them. If you mean it as authority, there are certain organizations who has power such as the japanese police.

i agree, anyway, but i don't know why they build up the gates, di ko kasi masyado binasa yung narration sa 1st episodes, hehehe :crazy:
