Naruto: has hinata already surpassed his cousin neji?

from the start of the start we have known hinata as a ninja with no talent and a ninja who dislikes fighting and tends to run away when there is a battle because she believes in herself that she has no talent at all and the whole hyuga clan considers her as a disgrace because of having no talent as a ninja and also not being able to meet the demands of her father but as the series progress we have seen her from being a failure and now being able to stand in front of her opponents and the willingness to put her life on the line also in her abilities we have seen hinata being able to create her own jutsu like the protection of 8 trigram 64 palms and the gentle step twin lion and also she is able to master the jutsu of her clan like the 8 trigram 32and the ability to use byakugan to full extent until 10 km while neji's range of vision is up to 800m

No but She will Since neji is already dead

if neji didn"t die i dont think hinata would be able to surpass him.. but now that neji is died i bet hinata will become more powerfull
