I use 2 when I'm on Computer/Internet Cafes.
Animeultima.tv <- also a site where you can also see the latest anime on the net
gogoanime.com <- I use this before animeultima. They have low file sizes so buffing videos are quite fast unlike others
Plus these sites doesn't need any accounts or "click this and that" to watch. Just find an anime, then click the episode, click Play and voila~

If the videos are crappy, try switching mirrors :)
Its usually the mirrors that are crappy, not the website itself, so when a video is lagging, just switch the mirrors.
Besides that, I like using Pinoyanime, animefreak, animecrazy, and Animefushigi.
Chia.anime is also a good option too.
