Just follow the Steps:
Go to your Desktop
My Computer (right click on) > Properties
then go Hardware Tab
Device manager >
Now you will see a window of Device Manager then
go to Ports >
Communication Port(Double click on it and Open).
After open u can see a Communication Port properties.
Go the Port Setting, and now increase your Bits per second to 128000 and Flow Control change to Hardware.
In other way:
Increase your Internet Speed at least 20%.
1. Go to Start-> Run-> and type gpedit.msc
2. Expand the Administrative Templates branch
3. Expand the Network tab
4. Highlight QoS Packet Scheduler
5. Click on Limit Reservable Bandwidth and check the enabled box
6. Then Change the Bandwidth limit % to 0 %

Tweaking po yung ginagawa ni TS. Maaring magkaroon ng problems pag nag-install kayo ng bagong OS. Minsan nakakaapekto din to sa PC Process nyo. Pero madali din naman maayos to. Basta pag mag mamaintenance kayo ng PC nyo restore nyo lang default settings :)

If you are using Windows 7 Starter or Home Premium, unfortunately gpedit.msc is not available.
Here's a link to download gpedit.msc manually.

Unzip it, set it up, And run using Windows Run.
Here's a tip: If you can't run on Run program, solution is below.
1. Open Wndows Explorer
2. Go to C:\Windows
3. Go to Search bar and type gpedit.msc

C:\Windows\SYSWoW64(or SYSWoW32)
5. Do what admeencol told you to do.

increase d internet speed should had been accomplished long time ago. we all knew dat f u hve upgraded d IT it will be better n faster in obtaining its course and d function is greater and i guess f dis work d users will rise.
