[Character Focus]: What is the character's name and anime they are from
[Picture Link]: this can be either a normal picture or something in png format. I don't mind non-pngs because I know how to/can mask the character out myself ;3 - if you have a character in mind but don't know what picture you want, you can just leave this blank and I'll be creative/find a pic to use myself. I can't guarantee that you'll love what I pick though.
[Text]: any text? Your username or a quote or something like that
[Font]: any specific font? If not, leave this blank and I'll be creative and pick something for you myself
[Color Scheme]: what color would you like me to use? Green? Blue? Pink?
[Anything Else?]: this is where you can put any extra details you'd like - like if you want me to round the edges of your sig or add a border or feather the picture or animate something in gif format - anything specific like that...you can also leave this blank if you don't have anything else to add

I'm not exactly "pro" at making these, but I'm opening myself up to requests because I'd like the practice...and unlike some other people who do these things, I can at least guarantee that I'll get your request done pretty fast. ;3 I'll comment that I'm closed to requests when I no longer wish to do them but for now I'm wide open. Please use me! ^-^ haha...I'm excited to be doing these right now

I use a freeware program similar to photoshop called "GIMP 2" ;3
It doesn't have some of the brushes that photoshop does, but for this purpose, I can do most everything just as well as someone with photoshop can. =w= Try me!
