I think is rengar he got all. if you try when he gain lvl 6 he can go anywere and kill easily.   

zac - broken af (has a lot cc, sustain in early, successful ganks early, kit is basically useful for peeling, teamfights)
reng/kz - skirmishing, since assassin updates, can pick off carries successfully  
shaco - same as picking off since the nerf ad/buff ap scaling, boxes are really annoying
nidalee - has insane damage, but ganks are reliant on spear
