Are you also aware of Kumagawa's Power? He can make Accelarator's EXISTENCE INTO NOTHING. His power is not bound by any physics. It's just pure will. Can he change the vector of will? Or does a will itself has a vector?

i already knew Accel's power. I'm reading the LN. Just read the manga of Medaka Box. It's more awesome than watching. ;)

(Registered for this, don't mind me xD) You do know that misogi's All Fiction can be stopped by will power like how zenkichi and medaka did it. Accelerator, depending if its to save Last Order or not has more will power than anyone iv ever seen, and iv seen and played hundreds of games. Misogi wouldn't be much of a match against White Wing Accelerator considering he can just hack his brain taking full control of him, without killing him. All Fiction has its down falls too and it was shown in his fight against Medaka. Accelerator vs everyone i would say everyone, considering Aiwass, Aleister, Othinus, Ollerus and Fiamma is in there xDD
