Usertag Announcement- SwordArtOnline Fans Club

Hello to all members of the SwordArtOnline Fans Club. The Fans Clubs of the forum will be acquiring the new rules about giving usertags. For now, all the members can wear all the usertags that they want. We still allowing members to have the usertags for free.
Usertag Announcement:
On the following days, the complete implementation of usertags' new rules will be taken. Each members will start from no usertag. You need to buy the usertag that you desired at the Fans Club Trading Hall. Each usertag can cost you at least 5000 coins. If you don't have coins you can changed your points into coins in the Forum Shop. Be sure you have enough points to do so, at least 1000 points, they don't do lower.
Questions:
Can we buy what we want? Even we are not a member of that club?
You can't just buy a usertag that you want, you are needed to be a member of that club before you can have it.
How about the newbies? How can we have a usertag, we are still new here.
One thing can be sure about the answer, be active in the forum. If you are active in the forum, you can earn points that can be changed into coins. Rules still be applied in the Forum Shop. Be sure you have enough points to be exchange- 1000 at least.
How can we get points in the forum?
Points can be taken from the Point System. Each thread have their own sets of points under a certain section. You can reply to the thread, post a thread, upload a game, software or movies, send a private message and add a friend to have points. All rules applied under the Points System.
Why are we going to have the usertags be bought from the Fans Club Trading Hall?
The coins will be used for the Fans Club events. This includes games or awards done inside the Fans Club. It is a fund where all the clubmasters can get their prizes for the winners of the event.
