It is a Romance, School Life, Shoujo manga.
The main characters are Kaji Fumino - a high school girl, Ojiro Kazuma - a high school teacher and Fumino-san's husband, Kaji Teppei - Fumino's younger brother.
It's about how Fumino became Kazuma's wife and how they have to keep it a secret from their school...I am actually not good in telling a good summary...but what I can say is...It's a VERY nice read!

yes ! Natapos ko na sya haha it's really good ! For me mas nakakakilig pa sya sa kaichou wa maid-sama .. For me lang naman

I have the same opinion but the only difference is that Kachou wa Maid-sama was made more popular because of the Anime.
