[Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Girls] Second Season Announced

According to the wraparound jacket of the 12th volume of the novel, the second season of TV Anime Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Girls (百花繚乱) was announed. Written by Akira Suzuki and illustrationed by Niθ, Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Girls is a Japanese light novel initially written to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Hobby Japan. The first season of the series was aired in October 2010, filling with dozens of fan services and fan services and still more fan services enough for you to forget what the story is talking about. But as a series of commercial products, it does attract lots of attention and we are sure it brought them some considerable profit.



Story
The story takes place in Japan in the early 21st century, in an alternate reality where the Tokugawa Shogunate has remained in power. In this reality, student councils are tasked with oppressing schools. Yagyuu Muneakira is a high school student who rebels against his student council with the help of girls who’ve had the names of famous samurai heroes passed on to them.
